Coconut Lime Sugar Scrubbies
Exfoliate, moisturize and energize!
Materials
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 Cup Clear Glycerin Soap Base
- 2 Teaspoons Coconut Extract
- 10 Drops Lime Essential Oil
- Zest of 1 Lime
Instructions
- Chop the soap base into cubes and melt in saucepan over medium heat (this time I used a glass liquid measuring cup in the microwave). Remove from heat.
- Stir in coconut oil, sugar, coconut extract, essential oil and lime zest.
- Pour into molds and use a toothpick to pop any bubbles that form on the surface.
- Let them sit for about 4 hours before demolding.
- Yield: 8 Scrubbies
